This mini quilt (14x14 inches) was made by participating in
Cherri's Little Bouquet Quilt Along. I've never completed an art quilt before. I made a few attempts when I first started quilting, but didn't have enough techniques or the internet then. (Do you remember those times!?)

I really enjoyed quilting this once I started. It's not completely free motion because I kept my feed dogs up. I just couldn't 'release the hounds'! Not yet:) I loved adding the lace and buttons.
But enough about my fun! Wish
my sister Happy Birthday today. (I think I may have spoiled her - oh well!)
Enjoy your sewing friends,
Sarah Vee

What a sweet sister you are! Fun quilt -- you did a great job! :)
Beautiful work on your sisters bouquet quilt. I love your design of the asymmetrical border.
