Falloween Projects Update

>> Saturday, October 9, 2010

An update on my Fall-o-ween projects. This is my first Wishing Well Runner. The designer is Pat Sloan. I'm using some leaves from Roseann's of Rosebud's Cottage project instead of Pat's stars. It needs to be sandwiched, quilted and bound. Then repeated a few more times in different fabrics for gifts!!

My candy corn runner just needs some stitching around the candy to be complete. This one's really fun too. My first time using fusible batting and doing Gudrun's quilt as you go method.

Sandy's pumpkin. Still needs buttons. Not sure about what else. I really like it. I might add a leaf or an acorn too.

If you click on the Fall-o-ween button in my sidebar it will take you to Gudrun's site and you can find links to all of the designers. I hope to sit down during some football tomorrow and do some of the embellishing on these projects.

I've also been busy expanding my sewing space. Specifically to the left of my machine!!

With the addition of the filing cabinet I have one less excuse to work on finishing my closet full of quilt tops!

With Joy,
Sarah Vee

This is fun seeing how you're taking little parts of all of us and making projects that are totally you! Aren't you having a great time with it? Thanks for taking part in Fall-O-Ween!!
