UFOs

This is something I've always wanted to add to my blog, a visual list of my works in progress. I'm going to try and organize them, but it may get outdated rather quickly!
I will try to use headings under projects that you can use to search my blog to find more posts about them. Of course, I'll add a link too if I can find it quickly enough.

Hopefully I will also start another page soon called Finished Quilts! Enjoy!

Quiltville - where quilts that have 3 layers ready and waiting, and perhaps partly quilted, wait to become finished quilts!
(I KNOW there are some of these, will have to look around. Perhaps these are quilts that I designed and am making into patterns?)

Follow Your Bliss Makealong

Topville - a popular place where a quilt 'top' lives, waiting to be joined to it's perfect backing (and don't forget the batting)

Traffic Jam (top)
scrap quilt pattern by Pat Sloan
a recent addition to Topville - April 2013!

{search MYSTERY BASKET to see block making process}

UFO - Unfinished Objects - lots of variety here, some projects that ran out of gas, blocks waiting for a setting inspiration, and other stuff that I'm not really working on right now, but probably could get done if I tried!

 Pattern by Blackbird Designs

This quilt fits in a few UFO categories. Some blocks are quilted, as I am using the Quilt As You Go Method.   Some blocks are waiting to be quilted. Some blocks are not yet made. There may also be some more cutting required to make all of the blocks. But, it is a work in progress!

Modern Bee Cottage Signature Blocks - 12 cottage blocks made. I know I decided (May 2013) to use sashing setting from Lori Holt's Bee in My Bonnet Quilty Barn Along! (got that?!?! LOL)

Layer Cake Quilt Along - all blocks complete, waiting for setting decision! Fabric bought and an extra jelly roll of this fabric too!

Layer Cake Quilt Along in Christmas Fabric - using setting given with pattern at Moose on the Porch Quilts, I know all of the small, teeny tiny sashing squares are cut! Still need to cut sashing strips and well, make the quilt top!

I am working at embroidering more tea cups. I have an idea to make this quilt into a clock!

Blindman's Fancy
Will have to update what magazine this is from. This is a BUCKET LIST QUILT for me. (yikes, another LIST! LOL) 1 block made. Still in love. Still waiting it's turn. All of the bias triangles made it a tricky go. . .

"S" blocks

Making these with leftover hsts from other projects. Longterm goal of making an "S" quilt.

I have 6 of these made, I think. Mulling over using them with my Quilty Barns and mini spools.
