Starting Spring with a finish

This quilt has been done for a few weeks now.

It's by Sew Fresh Quilts and called Have a Jolly Little Christmas. I did this as a block quilt through my local quilt shop this past fall and actually have it quilted! A Christmas quilt ready for next year.

I actually used a light backing fabric - a rare thing for me! This one has some snowflakes on it. I used it for the binding as well.

I used several of the built in stitches on the PFAFF creative 3.0 that I was reviewing. It has left my space now and I am enjoying making things with some beautiful batik fabrics! (that's a sneak peek for you - stay tuned to QUILTsocial in April - wink wink!)

Now I find myself eager to finish quilts but with a very small machine. I'm sure sooner or later I will purchase a new machine with a bigger harp (throat) space.

I'll get my Spring goals together to share soon.

In the meantime, I'm still quilting and I hope you are too :)

With JOY,

Sarah V

I am looking at a stack of tops that need to be quilted, but I am not very good at that part. Your Christmas quilt is so very cute and finished!!! Great job.
