January UFO

>> Monday, January 6, 2014

Once again Pat Sloan is hosting a UFO challenge. I guess for quilters having UFOs to bust every year is kind of like trying a new diet - maybe this year's plan will work! LOL

This tablerunner is my first UFO to bust. It was a free Pat Sloan pattern and you can still find it on her free pattern page on her blog. The leaves were from a different project - I think there was a fall 'hop' and these were from a different designer's free pattern.

I had put together a backing at some point. I looked through my leftover binding and have almost enough of the one green ready. I'm adding the lighter green to the end. I don't think it will be too noticeable. And I'm happy with the idea that it will be DONE by the END of  THIS month!!

How about you?
Do you plan to bust any UFOs this month?

With Joy,
Sarah Vee

I am trying to finish my Bunny Hill BOM. I have thge inner border on and the outer border pinned on the first 2 sides. Making slow progress...I think I can do it!!!
I love your runner. The leaves are so great.

Good luck on your January UFO! Always nice to finish up those projects lurking around. I am working on my WIPs, the UFOs are still in hiding.
