Last Weekend Before Christmas!

This seems to be a new 'thing' on blogs - a weekend posts with links to things to peruse.
I've been waiting patiently (or not!) for a new lightbulb for my sewing machine to arrive.
It arrived last night! Just in time.
These are a few things that I found online while waiting. . .

FINALLY bought the Boney M. Christmas CD - you can sample a taste here
I printed out all the blocks I'm behind in on my friend's applique alphabet quilt! (have to go back and print the rabbit)
And a holiday tradition Sew Mama Sew's Handmade Holiday links - lots of ideas here!
I got this new rotary cutter while away at teacher's college (I had forgotten to pack mine). I love it! It feels great in the hand. The only downfall is that I forget to pull the blade down when I'm done cutting!
Now that my new lightbulb is here I can work on finishing this block today{Aurifil BOM December block} - and then get back out there and finish Christmas shopping:)
