The firs...What a great idea for a swap / challenge!<br />The first year of our guild, we had a challenge where we put a piece of fabric in a box, and a suggestion of a theme. The person receiving it started the project - and then at the end of the month, passed it on to another person. At season's end, you got your box back, with a finished table topper / wall-hanging / table runner. I didn't participate (I was too much of a control freak then!) - the results were mixed (most of us didn't know anyone else, and it was really hard to imagine what a total stranger would like - and we didn't do anything like that again!).
